U1400 section :

Rating eligibility: You must be Under 1800 in both the ECF and FIDE standard lists at the start of the event if you wish to play in the Under 1800 section. We reserve the right to move players up to the Open. The higher of the two ratings will be used to determine seeding and eligibility for any other prizes.

ENTRY RESTRICTIONS: Due to licensing restrictions by Westminster Council placed on the building in which the congress is being held, the tournament is only open to people over the age of 18 at the start of the congress.
